Cancellation Policy

What is the cancellation policy?

Life is not always predictable, and at times things happen that are out of our control.

Upon booking, we collect 50% of your total event invoice as a retainer. This is due immediately to solidify your booking. The remaining 50% is due no later than two weeks (14 days) prior to your event date. We offer up to 48 hours after booking to cancel with the option to receive a full refund. Should you choose to cancel outside of that 48 hour window, you forfeit your retainer fee as we may have already used it to begin working on your event. You do also have the option to pay in full upon booking, but your party is not officially booked until at least the minimum 50% of the total invoice is made to secure your party date and time.

We offer up to 48 hours after your booking for you to cancel your event services, and still be eligible for a full refund. IF YOU SHOULD NEED OR WANT TO CANCEL MORE THAN 48 HOURS AFTER BOOKING, THE RETAINER FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. This will serve as compensation for reserving your date, and not being able to book another client for that date and time. Additionally, any other funds paid will not be refunded if the cancellation or postponement occurs within 14 days of the scheduled event date.

You. may opt to reschedule your event services for a different date, or book other services for the same date and time, and we can apply any previous payments made to the updated service costs. A DESIGN CHANGE FEE MINIMUM OF 10% OF THE NEW TOTAL WILL APPLY TO ALL CHANGES MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT DATE. FESS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE EXTENT OF THE CHANGE.
